I want to provide an update regarding my case.
I had exactly the same issue with my FUN withdrawal from FreeBitcoin back on August 24 -

Some of my tickets were marked as resolved without any action from FB, while others were ignored by the FB support team.
Only in November did I finally receive a response from FB support:
Hi,
Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in responding.
As you have kindly provided all information in your initial email, I have been able to escalate this internally to be reviewed.
I would expect a response within the next 48 hours, as soon as this is received I will ensure to notify you of the outcome.
Please note, I will change the status of your ticket and ensure to get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

Since then, they have completely ignored me and my follow-up emails.
