Huge ROI for first placer which spend such amount to acquire number of tickets. I think that's huge gamble but still paid off for his side.
Has anyone won it and gave the testimony? Because you have made announcement that you are giving this to gamblers, and if the amount is attractive, gamblers will tripped in a d at the end of the stories upon stories. And that will be bad. Though I have not been following the thread to know if the 700 us dollar has been given to any gambler. $700 is not a small amount to play with.
