Well... there is no question about it. Every other team had to travel from one country to the other, and the Indians were not required to do that. And it is not like these countries are adjacent. For example, Rawalpindi lies close to 2,000 kilometers away from Lahore. And this means that players had to spend 5-6 hours in travelling one way. On the other hand, the Indian players hardly stepped out of their hotel room in Dubai. Also, remember that India participated in the first semi-final.
In every tournament teams have to travel and don't forget their travelling is far luxurious then ordinary person travelling specially when they are in Pakistan. In Pakistan due to security reasons all teams are getting extra ordinary protocols like they travel from hotel to airport with roads closed for local traffic and on airport they don't have to wait in queues to board the flight. The distance between Rawalpindi and Lahore is 350km by road and teams can move from Rawalpindi hotel to Lahore hotel in not more then two hours because of extra ordinary protocols for foreign cricket teams.
