Will it rise soon or shall we sell?
No way I sell it in a loss. I prefer to buy back more Bitcoin. And with using same amount of money, I can get more satoshi 
This situation is good to buy back and not sell it in a loss. You will see your money value will increase following the Bitcoin price increase. So you should use this moment for your own benefits.
No need to be afraid to buy back because there still a big chance Bitcoin price will increase higher. So that will your own personal decision to buy back or even sell in a loss. But if you decide to sell, you should not regret when you see Bitcoin price increase later.
Do you think this is a good idea selling in loss,because there's always an unstable price rate for now and it can change at any point in time so how do you buy back. For me there's no point of selling and buying back I think you'll have a great deal of losses. But if this is your decision it's cool because everyone invest for different purposes either short term or long-term but I'll rather advice that you be patient s little more.
Logic says it's not good to sell at a loss, maybe when we open our wallet, we might see that our investment had go down, but it's doesn't mean that we have lost already as it's just on paper, unless you really panic and sold then.
So yeah, we need more patience, I mean we should hold on the thought that we are still in the bull run and that the price will go up and we are still on the target to established a new all time high for this year. Maybe it's not this March, but chances are still good that we will see it at the last quarter of the year.
