It could be a yes or a not... like anything that is not based to "real evidence".
If you don't have access to any "real world data" you're just tossing a coin since you have 50% of chance to get a yes or a not!

Of course your theory could be even true but it must be confirmed! Otherwise it is just a pure speculation.
