Manchester United's chances of being able to score in 30 minutes (this minute is valid at the time of writing this) are very small considering Manchester United's expected goals (xG) are very small from Arsenal's expected goals (xG).
When Manchester United get the ball to make an attack, it doesn't last long and the ball is immediately held back by Arsenal players. This is not encouraged by Manchester United's line-by-line assistance.
Manchester United has got poor possession, they are unable to sustain possession long enough before the gunners takes back possession, for Manchester United today, it will be a struggle to get a goal as the gunners has got better chance but then since the gunners has no striker they may not get enough goals if Manchester United keep their defence locked as that will be their chances to not conceding too many goals for any goal at all but again it doesn't seam like they have a solid defence currently it's past the 35th minutes of the game and neither of both teams has gotten a goal or even a good attempt at it.
I'm very suprised that they've managed to maintain score a goal before the end of the first 45mins, what a very spectacular free kick by Bruno Fernandes, he seems to be their most relaible player this season, this goal would be very disappointing for Arsenal since Manchester United's first short on target produced the first goal. you shouldn't be suprised by the possession and even expect Arsenal to dominate the game more, they're favourites to win and even got more squad depth, am watching the match currently and it's not as if Manchester United are thrash, they're defending properly and have made Arsenal's effort not to produce better results. I love how Manchester United are making use of counter attacks to get a hedge in this match, they've had few counter and one of it led to a free kick that produced the goal, hope they defend this goal and try to add more to it.
