It is my pleasure to write in our local board today and for the first time. Most importantly I am happy to be part of this community and the cryptocurrency revolution. I give all thanks to my boyfriend who introduced me here and have been teaching me about bitcoin for some years now.
The reason for this thread is that I want to link up to real women in this forum that are within Port Harcourt. I know this is a privacy forum, but I think this initiative will enable my dream of creating a platform to promote Nigerian women in Crypto. So, if there is any woman here who doesn't mind, we can meet in Ph and start from somewhere. Thanks to you all.
I like this your idea, but the problem be say women no too plenty for this forum as I dey see am and another thing be say everybody just dey anonymous, as I dey see am too some users wey dey bear woman name for the forum na man. If you still dey serious for this thing wey you wan make you PM me make we talk and I fit link you up with my babe because she no wan dey serious and she get account for here. Meanwhile, you no do well oo how you go dey for forum like this you no even post for your own local board, you get mind o, na now wey you wan be chairlady na em you go remember us.
When you talk about women in crypto, you talk about women empowerment. Most women believe men are the only ones capable of running a crypto transactions or trade, but it is not true. I know some women who are even more serious in the crypto market than men and they are doing well.
@OP, Talking about meeting women in person at pH, it doesn't seem very safe. This is a social space where almost everyone prefers to be anonymous. Risking meeting in person may expose you to various degrees of harm. Most female profiles are guys and even if they don't meet you on the set date, disclosing your address or location at any moment won't be a very good idea for you.
Encourage women here, they can relay it to others outside here.
