Yes rather than no. My friends have the experience of buying a car from Korea for the crypt. Real estate seems a little more complicated to me, although the principle is the same. If there is a demand, why not. It is no longer a secret that digital money and crypto are the next stage of economic development. So sooner or later we will all come to this kind of payment.
What will make it complicated? Bitcoin is money in digital form. Provided that bitcoin or crypto is recognised as a legal tender in the country that the transaction is taking place, and the buyer and the seller have agreed to carry out the transaction in bitcoin. I don't think there's going to be a problem with that. The only challenge will be if the seller refuses to accept bitcoin or any other crypto. But as long as the both parties are willing to accept bitcoin or other crypto, you can go ahead and complete your complete. But while doing that make sure you have witnesses and let the seller openly declare the receiving address as his own, for documentation purposes. Since the wallet address don't have names attached to it. So that there won't be any claim of the money being sent to a unrecognised address.
