Very easy.  Use gambling as a form of entertainment.  Let me explain.  People spend $200 to go to a sporting event or a concert to their favorite singer so whats the differemce if ypu take $200 to go to the casino to gamble with.  Once ypu change ypur mindframe from "i habe to win to make money", to usijg gambling as a form of entertainment the days with losses arent so bad mentally and the stress behind gambling decreases.
It's easy to say that but in reality, not all gamblers can apply what you said. Yes, I can also say that approach gambling as a form of entertainment only, but when you're approaching a thing where you can also make money off of it, your mindset might change... or at least that is what's happening for some of the gamblers out there that's why they look at gambling as a way to make money, and not as a form of entertainment.

It isn't as easy as what you said trust me. I've seen some gamblers here spending a few amount of money only and saying that they just want to gamble to have fun, and the ending is that they lost significant amount of money because they want to recover their losses. I know that it must be, but it's very hard to apply especially if you believe that you can make money through gambling. This is also the reason why many are stressed with gambling.

Not having a proper mindset is a big factor when it comes to gambling. If you think that you can make money, and you can't, you will get stressed out and losing money will add up to the stress that you're facing.
