Above all, the company doesn't specify if they accept account with bot followers or not, I presume any account with 300 connection can participate, I will also advise that participants should use account they will not need for a long period of time.

I am still puzzled on it but I'm sure that I won't be allowing my linkedin account to be used with any company that I don't have any control of it while it's hired. I think if you want to get someone to be hired by you guys, you should go directly to Linkedin and try this or there is some potential violation that will be found through whatever means and technique of marketing you're trying to do? I'm not sure but, I hope it's not sort of scam or malware related business.
