Too many prime ministers are friends with Trump and amongst them that wished him President, Putin waited to make peace with Trump. It's a good thing to see Russia's response, Ukraine wouldn't be a problem.
Probably he'd have to revisit the Oval office If possible, and finish the deal with Trump. The killing of young soldiers must stop, that's what matters, it won't help him, Zelensky, to be adamant.
I also come to the realization of why everyone must shift ground in other to make peace.
This one caught me, It's now all over the Internet that President Putin has finally agreed to have a peace deal with The Ukrainian President, Zelenskyy, what do you think will be the outcome of this, but before that, recall that the same Zelenskyy count it a waste of time going on talks with the US president Trump, now what should we expect with this negotiation to talk on terms to help resolve on the war a d fulfilling the conditions.
This is a discussion thread, no insults or bias mind against any side, only your genuine input will be appreciated.
Russia was always ready for a peace talk but at current time, Russia is in no hurry. Ukraine is at one of its most disadvantageous situation and Zelensky like always isn't looking to back down. If there were a ceasefire asking both parties to stop on their line of control, that would probably be the land Russia takes. But as Russian army are moving forward slowly but steadily, Russia gains more land for every day that pass without negotiation.
Putin says he's ready to negotiate just because Zelensky won't. Putin clearly knows Zelensky would neither back off, nor reach a deal with Russia, US or Europe for a ceasefire.
I want to believe also that Zelenskyy is also trying to seek for more help on how this war will be out to an end, but I think what he's running after is the lay down conditions which I don't think may be what he can afford to comply with, both in terms of US intervention and that of the Putin offer for negotiation, but as we already know it, giving a try wouldn't be the worst decision for him, at least he can go for the talk and let the world see the the lay down terms and conditions if it could be a way out.
