As for the payment schedule, I do not think it is feasible, why start with seven days which is a week, and other subsequent payments 10 days after the first payment, it doesn't make any sense to me, would it not be better for you to make the payment after every seven days which is appropriate as seen here.

OP, what if anything happens to the hired account in the course of you doing your advertising work, I believe the owner would adhere to the agreement terms and do away with the account for the time being till the agreement elapses so that logins would not show two different IP at the same time so whats your remedy for such situations?

In case of an account restrictions, which might be caused due to the account login from 2 different locations... The company shall direct me to contact the affected account owner who in turn shall need to verify his/her account and the restrictions shall be lifted in 2 days or less..
Nothing will affect the expected payment for that period.
The above problem doesn't occur frequently since account owners adhere to instructions.
