Literally, the background music is fun and makes it more attractive to play space dice.
The importance of music or background sound is usually underestimated in gambling. Just like how the importance of football commentary is sometimes underestimated in getting maximum enjoyment. As I do not enjoy watching a football game without the commentary, there are casino games I would not enjoy playing without the background music or sound on.

If we are talking about commentary while watching a sports game like football, well, I did not honest and say that I can't enjoy a football match without the commentators, except I am there live on the field watching.
But when it comes to slot or casino games like dice and the rest, most times, their background music or sounds is nothing but noise in my ears and I tend to turn it completely off most of the time, especially if I am playing in the middle of the night.
I also feel the sounds and music makes my device battery run down more faster and this another reason I always turn off sounds, so I am not really a fan here.
