They can continue moving around the world scamming people, so someone needs to stop them.

But he was mad at me now that I pinned him without giving evidence and I won’t pin him again.
If I understand you correctly, you are not supposed to go about the forum soliciting support for your flag regardless of how good a case you have, see this attitude have earned you a negative trust, even paying anyone to support your flag is a big crime here.
And concerning the thread, I have opened it but haven't gone through the op, you have also have to have some kind of special Tag or pin at Loycev, dude is all over this forum and very active in the scam and accusation/reputation board, creating your thread with all needed evidence was already enough, he will come around to it in a day or two even without anyone reaching out to him concerning the thread, so chill man, not everyone likes being disturbed with issues like this.
