Dude, that humour was lite! He kept praying for a win as he wagered huge all the time, then just at about the time he decided to stake a little (probably because he was a bit unsure of what the outcome would be) it payed off..
I feel like this would probably be one of the reasons why most gamblers aren't hesitant when making selections or staking. $0.7 was way too small to for a single ticket!
And what is the essence of gambling in the first place when the fear of losing money outweighs the desire to win big amount of money?
The fear of loses is bad, but the desire to win huge isn't good either.
