A great leadership isn't something easy to achieve. A great leader much be truthful in all things. That is why they can't be loved by all. He must be fast in decision making and must be ready to take responsibility for his/her actions and outcomes. Any leader that is being loved by all isn't a great leader. This shows he/she hasn't be honest and trustful in some of his/her words and actions.
