I’m asking because I feel like I might have a slight issue with my gambling habits. I typically gamble around 4 hours daily, though not continuously. Considering I have 16 waking hours after sleeping for 8, that means 25% of my day goes to gambling.
I play a mix of slots, casino games, and sports betting, basically, whatever's available. My philosophy is, the more, the merrier. How about you? Care to share your own gambling routine?
I went into a bet shop to lose a few coins and when I got there I noticed a particular guy sitting down on one of the computer from the way he sat it wasn't difficult to know that he has been there for more than 30 minutes, he was angry, sweating and seemed very frustrated. After losing I stopped gambling then I sat at a spot and just had a few drinks, this guy was still there losing over and over again. He gambled for up to an hour, this is something I wouldn't advice anyone to do. Everyone that's addicted to Gambling is displeased when they lose money and they all find ways to restrict themselves, spending hours on gambling would only make things worse for you. Even if you gamble once a week don't gamble for more than 5 minutes.
