According to the forum Statistics Center, there are more figures there that start with "1" than any other number, going all the way to "Top Topic Starters". Here is the distribution:

Including "Most Time Online" gives "2" a big boost, but including "Forum History" puts "1" squarely on top again.

Anyway, a lot of figures start with "1" because if they are big, it might be hard to get to "2".
