Once someone has a reliable source of income and invests only what they can afford to lose, I believe they may not face significant issues holding Bitcoin for the long term. As a result, they panic whenever the Bitcoin market price reacts, such as when the price drops.i  think this is the main problem new investors face today, which often causes them to sell prematurely instead of holding for the long term. Even with a higher level of Bitcoin knowledge, if someone invests what they can't afford to lose, they will inevitably encounter problems holding for the long term.

Additionally, as a new investor, you don't need to check the market weekly or monthly. What would you be doing that for? If someone does this, they might create unnecessary fear for themselves. Regularly checking the market is not for investors it's for traders. Studying the market too often can easily cause panic, leading to impulsive selling and buying whenever Bitcoin prices drop.remember, Bitcoin will never remain at the same level or only continue increasing it will always move up and down.
