I think writing on paper is more risky. Because you can't tell when that paper will be lost. No matter how safe you keep it, if a rat, cockroach or any natural cause gets lost. That is a threat to us. And once it goes to someone else, it's over.
In my opinion, we should keep our personal data in a secure Google account that we only need to log in when necessary. And we should use that account safely.
