I’m asking because I feel like I might have a slight issue with my gambling habits. I typically gamble around 4 hours daily, though not continuously. Considering I have 16 waking hours after sleeping for 8, that means 25% of my day goes to gambling.
I play a mix of slots, casino games, and sports betting, basically, whatever's available. My philosophy is, the more, the merrier. How about you? Care to share your own gambling routine?
I spend roughly ten to 15 minutes playing roulettes and slots, depending on my mood, sometimes I just deposit a small amount and just leave immediately after losing while other times I gamble for ten minutes, maximum fifteen minutes. This amount of time I spend on gambling feels like it's too much and it's the reason why the cycle of winning and losing keeps repeating itself. I can't believe that people actually gamble for hours, like what would you be spending all those time doing, let's just assume that some proportion of the time would be used for calculative analysis or strategic planning, spending a whole hour is just crazy if you keep depositing and losing.
