It is so surprising to see PSG take an early lead against Liverpool. This is indeed against popular the expectations that Liverpool will also beat PSG even with ease at Anfield. Dembele put PSG into the competition with that early goal which was celebrated in grand style. If PSG will remain focus and play as though they are losing, they might just be lucky to eliminate the English league leaders and secure a place at the next stage which is the quarter finals. It is still too early to call because Liverpool has all it takes to change the match to their side.
Liverpool got the earliest chances but poor them couldn’t convert any of them and now we can not see PSG already taking the lead in the game. The aggregate is now 1:1 with just the first half not yet over. The match is still very likely to have more goals and I’m expecting more goals from both sides before the end of the match. The goal scored by Dembele has now made the game now more balanced and are both looking to see who gets to take the lead again. This is the Anfield, Liverpool has now advantage only if they’re able to convert most of them to their own favour. If they’re able relax too much, they may be eliminated from the competition and PSG will advance to the quarterfinals tonight.
