I have read many posts about Bitcoin helping the poor people in countries around the World but I would like to find out more about this.
Haven't heard of that before neither have I seen such thing because as far as I know Bitcoin is not for the poor when I say poor I mean people who are struggling to survive in life, someone can not be struggling to feed and at same time investing they will be messed up and the investment will not last for long because if reach people are struggling to maintain their investment then how much more will someone that doesn't have the capacity will do and I think this is misinformation or maybe you didn't understand what they said clearly.
This is true if we consider Bitcoin as an investment, given that the poor do not have the capital to invest, especially since Bitcoin is by no means a cheap investment product. However, there is potential for the poor to benefit from Bitcoin as a currency for commercial transactions and a payment system. Poor people in many areas around the world have easy access to the internet and a cheap smartphone. Using Bitcoin, products can be bought and sold from all over the world. Black market traders who smuggle goods across borders accept Bitcoin transfers, making it easier for the poor to purchase commercial goods, creating job opportunities.
