and for all those who say that you cannot import bitcoin wallets in electrum, they are lying, yes you can import wallets in electrum.
You're the one who need to stop lying. Almost everyone knows Electrum have feature to import wallet (either in file, private key or seed/recovery words format). What some people actually say is you don't have private key to address in your screenshot.

Your fears of arrest are completely overblown. There is no way for anyone to identify you if you simply move the coins from their current address to another.
