That is a great addition.
I cannot imagine a casino without live support these days. Imagine a player cannot navigate the casino well because they are new, or let's say someone has a serious issue, but they cannot contact anyone to get it fixed. I can understand the frustration because even with the casino with live support, sometimes cannot provide solutions. So yes, this is a nice addition to your casino.

Also, I see you guys regularly post your new development updates. But you do not post anything about any promotions. Do you guys have any plan to run some exclusive promotions for Bitcointalk users?
