I had lots of FUN on their premium program, until they stopped giving me my daily Wheel of Fortune. 8/day for 3month until I said to myself that's enough... Now I wanted to use my RewardPoints (RPs), but the following message came even though I have around 86k RPs (which is supposed to value 86k Sats or usable on boost and stuff on rewards section...

They've been having problems for at least a year, and unfortunately there's no sign of progress or any indication that anything could change. I received a lot of free WoF spins today and a few days ago (I'm not a premium member), and as far as I can see, they're all emails that got stuck somewhere and are now being sent all at once.
As for reward points, I exchanged them exclusively for sats, and for that you need to have at least 100k RP.
