I'm certain we're winning both games, but what are your thoughts on who should have been axed and added to the squad list? I love Iwobi's form, I will want to see him replicate whatever he does for Fulham United week in and out. Nathan Tella from Bayern Leverkusen added also gladdens me. Cool with the defenders but not the midfield, what's Aribo doing on there? What are you takes?
You are right. We are surely going to win! Iwobi has been in fine form for his club helping them as they aspire for an European competition next season and it will be fantastic to see him replicate such for the Nigerian national team. I think the club selection is reasonable, however, the midfield choices raise concern. A more in-form and consistent player should have been considered as replacement for Aribo like Frank Onyeka who was instrumental to Nigeria run in AFCON 2024.
