Nope, men dominate the world of trading and I hardly see women, I mean in both the retail and the institutional spheres. Now, it might be the retail sphere that is causing this misconception, but I know we are all human beings, and trading will surely treat us almost the same way (if not the same) as humans.

Women are emotional just as men, however, the distinction could be the fact that men have more responsibilities than women, which may help women to reduce pressure/emotion while trading. But I don't think that counts so much because expertise matters too.
