There is procrastination. It is a general saying that procrastination is the thief of time and also that procrastination is the killer of dream and also enemy of progress.

Procrastination by simple explanation is the postponing or delay of things or action that you want to carry out. If you delay such things then if progress was suppose to be achieved on that thing, it will be eluded. So procrastination is a set back to progress because when you slow in doing certain actions that will generate positivity for progress, it is slowed down, making the progress delayed. For example, if you are suppose to invest in a coin at $0.10 then you procrastinate until the coin gets to $1 before buying it, your profit margin is already reduced by $0.90 by coin.
