Yea the titles you mentioned can be wok by Liverpool since the are going to be concentrating in their league affairs, Liverpool is an experienced team but I must be sincere that there aim would've been to defend the existing goal and may be go for another one though it isn't easy but defending the 1 goal they scored at PSG home would've been the best approach of moving to the next level, though that's history now, as for losing the English premiership title as you said, I don't see anything stoping Liverpool again as it is right now to win the league title outrightly.
