Higher volatility, has higher amount of wins, but rarely to get wins, you will get longer losing streak, so you need to spin longer before you get another win, and it needs larger bankroll to withstand the streak.
On the other hand, low-volatility slots provide smaller but more frequent payouts, making them more suitable for players who want extended playtime, especially those betting the minimum amount.
High-volatility slots are a lot more interesting to play, with more features, and all sorts of add-ons. I partially agree that low-volatility slots provide frequent payouts, that can happen to us even on high-volatility slots, and both can be very bad with very long losing streaks (dead spins). My experience tells me that everything is about luck... if we are really lucky we will hit something pretty quickly and it will be something big... but if we are unlucky we will lose whatever volatility is.
How is this week's slot competition going? Some people have been pretty lucky in the past weeks.
