Not quite as such at the moment. People have come to the reality that it is just a hobby or a behaviour that someone is addicted to either to have fun or run away from anger because some smokers admit that it keeps their nelves down when they want to get hyperactive.

In the past, yes smokers were considered as people who are not conformist but rebels to the society and so they were looked at in certain way that looks like they are nonchalants, irresponsible and never to do well but these days, people who are known to be responsible family men take to smoking.
