Regret is another enemy of progress. You know, after you've made a mistake, regret keeps you in that position. You start feeling so bad. If you don't move past your mistake, you're going to be stuck for a very long time.

Another form of regret is not taking a step, like instead of trying something, out of fear, you don't do it. And then you see that people who took that step succeeded. You start regretting, you start imagining things, getting stuck in that scenario. Instead of moving forward, you're stuck.

You're to fear regret instead of failure, so that you'll be able to take action, not being regretful in a way that you won't forgive yourself for a mistake or living in the past. Let go of mistakes, let go of the past, and just move forward. Let the fear of regret of not doing something push you to try things. If it doesn't work out, you've learned.

Don't ever see it as failure; see it as a lesson. Any trial that didn't work out as planned is a lesson, not a failure. Let's move with a new mindset, and things will be different.
You are right about regrets, regret can be a major obstacle to progress. It's like dwelling on past mistakes, I've been caught up in the web of regret before and it's a weight that pulls us down and holds us back from taking another step.
