I’ve read your official response, and while it sounds like a well-prepared attempt to deflect blame, the facts tell a different story.
Player Responsibility
I absolutely agree that it’s the player’s responsibility to verify the legality of using a platform. However, you failed to mention that before depositing, I specifically asked your support team if I could play from Portugal, and they confirmed it was fine. If you’re suddenly changing your stance based on jurisdiction now, it’s clear this is just another excuse to cover up the fraud.
No Funds Were Blocked
This is simply false. My account was restricted immediately after requesting a withdrawal, and at that point, there were still funds in my balance. Claiming there were no funds at the time is misleading and does not align with the sequence of events. In fact, here is the proof of my funds before the restriction:

Attempted Exploitation
Your accusation of me attempting to exploit the platform is absurd. I’ve lost money in good faith while playing, and the moment I tried to withdraw, my account was banned. This is a scam pattern, not an “exploitation.” If your platform were legitimate, why would you block withdrawals once a player requests them?
Account Restriction Based on Jurisdiction
It’s convenient that you suddenly restricted my account based on jurisdiction after I asked for a withdrawal, especially when your support had confirmed I could play from Portugal. As for the claim of having a $0 balance when restricted, this is simply untrue—and you haven’t provided any evidence to back up this assertion.
Let’s be clear—Housebets and Bridge Technologies B.V. are trying to cover up their shady practices. The issue here isn’t about losing money in bets, it’s about having my account suddenly restricted and being unable to access my funds after making a legitimate withdrawal request.
I will continue to expose Housebets and related companies and CEO's fraudulent activities on every platform possible. This won’t end until my stolen funds are returned and until others are warned about this scam operation.
