I have seen a post where a member also had thesame claim. The writer assumes that casinos designs it's game in manner that new gamblers are given higher chances of winning. The stractegy is to attract more gamblers to their platforms.
To be truthful, I have never observed this claim because I don't find it easy to jump from one casino to another. But I doubt if reputable casinos will engage in such because it shows that the games are not fair.
