well, I have never tried to buy a property using cryptocurrency but if I were in that situation, I would happily choose to transact (buy) property with cryptocurrency.
in this case, stablecoin is what I would choose to transact, I would exchange my BTC or ETH to stablecoin, there are many advantages to transacting with cryptocurrency, all transactions are recorded on blockchain and we don't need to bother carrying a lot of money, there is no third party so the costs incurred for all matters are very small.
