Every country and individual owes himself the responsibility of ensuring that its economy is working. If you can't do it for yourself, no one will Come to do it for you. Almost all the individual countries but the ones that have developed and the developing ones are all facing their own issues, the solution to these is as simple as as just taking responsibility and working to improve your economy, that's just it.
