Yeah even though we were all shocked by Liverpool defeat in the Champions League but on the other hand this will be the right moment to focus on the local league, as we know Liverpool is 90% on the right track for the title so they just need to wait for this season to end. Arsenal may be Liverpool's closest rivals but currently Arsenal are still competing in the Champions League so this will affect their performance in the Premier League that's why I say arsenal has no way to catch up with liverpool.
Being knocked out of the UCL was not something that was expected, but they had to accept the bitter reality of their inability to maintain their lead in the first leg. They should not wallow in sadness due to the failure, there are still other targets that need to be pursued in order to get results at the end of the season, Liverpool must maintain the points advantage over Arsenal to atone for their failure in the UCL.
The EPL trophy is very close to their reach, they only need to win a few more games to end Man City dominance for the past four seasons.
