I'll jump in ahead with my opinion

Thiago was a great player and had an excellent career. He did a great job with Bologna, but i think Juventus is not the right club for him. Of course, Juve is a big club, but I believe Thiago is more suited for "smaller" teams. He still needs experience in certain aspects, which he won’t get at Juventus.
Here’s an example: Conte at Napoli. They have an average squad, plus Kvara has left, yet they are still at the top. Conte has the experience to get the maximum out of his team, and that’s what Thiago lacks.I think Juventus’ biggest problem is their squad and consistency. They have good players, but they need reinforcements in defense and midfield.
In as much has a lot of people have criticized Thiago motta about his performance in juventus, I think he is doing an incredible job. Even if the best coaches are given this squad I don’t think they can win the title with it. For sure Thiago motta still lack experience in coaching line, but even when he qualified to the champions league with bologna it was still with bunch of average players and now in juventus there are still bunch of average players who wears jerseys of a big club. The only time I’m going to criticize Thiago motta is when the management gives him some quality players and he still fails to deliver but as for me using this squad to get a champions league spot is a job well done.
And about Napoli, you can’t compare the quality in Napoli team and in this juventus team, Napoli still have players who have won the Squdetto and also signed players who have challenge for European titles, the likes of mark Tominay, Romelu lukaku and even Bill Gilmour. So you see why you can’t compare both teams. Even conte will struggle with this juventus Squad.
I agree with you about Thiago. With a bit more experience and more games in the Champions League, he will be great. I would love for him to have a coaching career as successful as his playing career.
You misunderstood me, i was comparing the coaches, not saying that Napoli has a bad team, but they are significantly weakened. Conte might struggle, but he would still get the maximum out of Vlahović and Kolo Muani.
