It's too early, in my opinion, to say that Liverpool will win the Premier League this year.  Football is a circle, therefore anything may happen at any time. Forget that they are at the top of the standings, leading by the bigger amount of points. These 15 points are sufficient for the squad you're hoping will be the one that doesn't dominate the league.

Because you never know what Arsenal will come up with in their remaining matches, given that they have almost 10 more to play, I expect them to produce a positive outcome in those matches; you can simply make an early prediction because Liverpool is leading the tournament.
Too early? With the current conditions? I don't think so.

Arsenal may play well but it also won't have much impact as long as Liverpool are consistent with what they are doing in terms of performance because for now the problem lies not only in what Arsenal can do but who can stop Liverpool in a few times because indirectly if you want another club to win (Arsenal) then it is clear that in the remaining matches this sat which only leaves 9 matches for Liverpool and 10 for Arsenal then Liverpool must lose 5 times in those 9 matches and Arsenal must be able to manage to get a win at the same time.

It is difficult because although the chance is still there but it is clearly not an easy thing especially for now Liverpool will definitely focus on the EPL after they were eliminated from the Champions League.

indeed Arsenal still has a chance to win the championship but the hope is very slim because in the remaining matches currently Liverpool will certainly not experience many defeats and I agree with you so it is not wrong for people to predict that Liverpool will be the champion this season because they will now certainly focus more on the EPL because they are no longer competing in the UCL this season.
but honestly if Arsenal could become champions it would be a miracle and of course it is not impossible either. and now Arsenal are certainly busier because they definitely want to win in the quarter-finals later in the UCL so I am increasingly convinced that Arsenal will definitely focus more on the UCL because of course their hopes in the EPL are very slim.

but honestly I hope the competition will be even fiercer in the EPL because that way it will definitely be more exciting and I also hope Bukayo Saka recovers quickly from his injury because I miss Bukayo Saka's game. next Chelsea will be Arsenal's opponent and of course it is very difficult for me to predict who will win because in their last match they ended with a draw if I'm not mistaken 1-1 which team do you think will win...
