In my opinion, a good investment portfolio requires longer time and it is necessary to purchase Bitcoin regularly. Moreover, to create an investment portfolio, you need to keep yourself in patience, time and market up down. As you mentioned that buying a little more aggressively when the market is a dip, it is okay, but buying it aggressively may have to be considered on your financial ability.  Because the amount of money we built for our regular Bitcoin purchase is basically from our disposal worth of income, that is, the budget for investment. So I think Bitcoin should not be purchased with the full money of your earnings when investing offensively.
