When someone promises something, then that person must fulfill what he promised. That's why I think the outcome of these two stories is very correct. Unfortunately, here in Africa, most people make promises and never keep them, and to make matters worse, they are capable of killing their friends and neighbors if there is money involved.
It depends on the education of parents and environmental factors and more precisely economic factors as well, some people with no good morals will be very unbelievable.
But that does not happen only in Africa in my environment, even such people are not a little so actually we don't have to serve them seriously.
