Trezor Questions

How is the trezor compared to the nano ledger s plus now?  I have the nano ledger s plus now but haven't connected it in months and still using old firmware 1.1.1.  I am using old ledger live 2.85.1 as well but when I open it on windows laptop, it synchronizes and balances are correct.  I am outside the US at the moment.  So when I get back to the US, I plan to update ledger live and then update the apps like btc app on nano ledger s plus and then the firmware.  I will do this in the US.

Now I am thinking about getting a 2nd hardware wallet for trading.  I have never done trading.  People said getting a 2nd hardware wallet for this would be good.  Should it be another nano ledger s plus or should it be a trezor?  If trezor, seems trezor 3 is the best one that is equivalent to the nano ledger s plus?  The thing is I read it doesn't support as many coins though?

If I get another nano ledger s plus, it would be used for trading.  If I get a trezor 3, should I send all the btc and crypto from the nano ledger s plus to the trezor 3 and then use my nano ledger s plus for trading instead?  The thing is I kept btc in the nano ledger s plus for a long time.  I really don't want to move any btc from there to another wallet.  I would feel very uncomfortable moving btc from it to trezor.  Yes I know I would be doing test sending but I would be doing multiple transactions.  Now the only issue with my nano ledger s plus is I did not set up a passphrase on it so it isn't as secure.  Back then I didn't want to do anything that might cause more issues as passphrase is more complicated.  Now with trezor 3, you have to do a passphrase right?

Based on this, should I get a trezor or another nano ledger s plus?  When would be the next trezor sale and how often do they have sales?  I got to assume twice around the end of the year and one time sometime during the year right usually?  I don't want to wait though so would just buy it soon.

The thing is I actually still have old nano ledger s that no longer works due to the screen.  Should I buy a new screen online and do that instead?  I read installation isn't hard but I'm not someone that is good with fixing things.  Can you even trade much with a nano ledger s these days?  I feel like it's mainly a hold wallet for btc since I think you can only put 2 or 3 apps at the most if you include btc?
