I think people can change, and others will eventually get used to the new persona.
It does take time, but in the end it's for the best.
Also, people that got their debts paid and see how someone has changed and not acknowledge that change are the ones in the wrong, not the person changing.
In the end time heals everything.
I really want to believe in it, but I am not sure about a good and correct outcome. If there are still no improvements from other people, then there will be none. As I understand it, they have unpleasant memories for life. A bad aftertaste in the soul, if I may say so. Personally, I have come to terms with this outcome. Once I made an attempt to make contact, but they made it clear to me that this is impossible. It remains to come to terms with what is at the moment. It is my fault, not my friends, acquaintances and relatives. Therefore, I do not have any illusions about this.
