In recent years, many people have turned to side hustle freelancing, gig work and online businesses to supplement or replace traditional jobs. The rise of platforms like Uber and Etsy along with social media and e-commerce has made it easier than ever to earn independently. While this offers flexibility and additional income, it also raises concerns about job security, benefits and long-term stability.

Is the gig economy the future of work or does it create more financial uncertainty??
Nowadays people do not want to be dependent on one job, and find different ways of working how will it create financial uncertainty. Even if they have a job in this online work system workers get the opportunity to work for a fixed period of time along with the job and it can be more flexible than traditional jobs. People who are more skilled online will never look for a job they will adapt to the economy and create technology-based activities. Many people earn extra income from the gig economy in addition to their regular jobs and can acquire new skills by doing different types of work.
