Re: how do you avoid being stress in gambling?

For those who has always wanted and advocated gambling for fun, they are very unlikely to go ahead to borrow money or take loans to gamble and that is because they most likely do not gamble to make money,  they just want to have fun and understand thay can not go that far an extent to have the fun so they have to just make sure to making sure their gambling is within their means and that which they can afford at almost all ti.ea and not such that will put them at unnecessary risk costing them their reputation and finance,  getting a loan to gamble is one which I consider on an extreme side and is most common with addicts and not just gamblers who are gambling for fun.
But if his view is only limited to that, I think that not a few people who have fun to lose money they have, someone in the context of fun can want satisfaction in the pleasure and it can make them spend more money and even borrow money to make pleasure, meaning that it does not rule out the possibility of people who seek pleasure in gambling also do not borrow money for gambling.

In my opinion, the most logical here in gambling without fear of stress when the situation switches to higher emotions, the importance of having limits, both from finance, time and also attention to gambling, no matter in gambling looking for what, whether it's money, pleasure or just wasting time, the most important thing is to have a limit to maintaining our minds and we are not stressed.
Limits are very important in gambling, it is a way to control ourselves to stay healthy in gambling I agree with what you said in this case, it will make people avoid the stress that will come to them because of impulsive gambling even though they gamble for fun, and this is a middle ground that we can take to increase awareness of gambling activities that may make us stressed.

The more aware of the limitations in gambling, the more likely someone will gamble responsibly, a person's strength is their own mind and how to control their own emotions so they will avoid things that make them stressed.
