tbh, I think whatever policies will be implemented, it will have no effect, we are talking about geopolitic right now, the thing that involves several countries, they have their own law and their own interests.
simple policy won't do a thing, but instead if every countries can actually come to agreement at some point reaching peace, only then we can see economy stabilizes.
as of now don't hope too much, I expect we'd be in economic turmoil for another few years, at least until dust settled and all the the problem about geopolitics, tariff and so on finally reduced.
