Zelensky is irrelevant, he has already offered a resignation in exchange for security guarantess. The problem is that Putin does not accept that Ukraine needs to be (a) independent (b) reasonably safe from further invasion. Trump is about to find out how Ruzzia "diplomacy" works in real life.
