Economic empowerment of individuals in communities through social engineering is one way to help a society grow, I grew up to understand that there are members of my own community that were sent overseas to study and were empowered by the community through the influence of community development through government and NGO empowerment schemes, and also there were other incentives and programs in the schools that were sponsored to help grow the educational strength of students in the community, like sponsorship of scholarships, sponsorships of school games and competitions among various schools.How does economic empowerment contribute to poverty reduction and social equality?
