Whoever finishes fifth in the Premier League this season will qualify for next season's Champions League. Possibly Newcastle and Manchester City is on the verge finish 4th or 5th. Luckily both teams need not worry as even the 5th position will be going to the UCL next season.

England has not yet secured additional spot. They still need one more win in the quarter final to secure five spots in UCL next season. I'm not expecting Arsenal or Villa to do that. However, this win can come from Chelsea. This is because it doesn't matter on what competition it is. As long as one of PL club win quater final, additional spot can be secured.
It seems to me City and Chelsea will be playing at UCL next season if PL gets 5 UCL slots. I hope it will be coming true.
